We did it, 153 days total
from permit March 23 to c/o inspection August 10
It's just need some finish work and the water treatment equipment will
be here Monday, after that we can start moving in.
Buying furniture and everything else this coming week.
Most people have to move in, we just have to buy everything and have it delivered,
will be real different to have all new stuff and no old junk
It's been a real hard year and Gloria and I really need to thank everyone that helped so more

Granite is in, and we're closer, maybe Friday
Got the rangehood in today,

Three weeks later and more done, we are sooooo close now

Stairs treds are on, handrails is up, just waiting for tile on stair risers
All floor tile is done All door hardware is one

Laundry cabinets are waiting for granite Wed
Elect is all in trex railing is waiting for install

Air conditions is finally in
Been 20 days but a lot done

Garage got painted and still have a lot of trim to put up
stucco color is done, it's really brown Garage doors went in last week too
Floor Tile is all set but a lot grouting still to do
Front door is painted and the bar, wine area cabinets are set

Need all the doors set, will be soon 40 Led lights in house, 8 are set so far, just 3 watts each

Stone on outside was started today
Drywall is done, now ready for texture
best new is the well wasn't damage much from drywaller's shuting it off with power still on
a service call, $100 later, it's working. great news instead of replacing the pump.

It's going too fast, time is, not the house but do have the sign offs on:
Gas pipe, plumbing, hvac, lath (wire on stucco) and the elect is to be today, then...

If that passes, I think I'm home free
House isn't changing much now on the outside, after the photos below of the lathing getting done
May 28 and we're still moving fast
Front door is in, and the lathing, (black paper and chicken wire) for the stucco is about 70% done
This week should really be a good one with plumbing and ellect going in.
Door just arrival today, all windows are in, tomorrow, Friday, Framers will be gone
All the inside is framed at last, elect and stucco starts next Tuesday
